This is a vintage Precious Moments porcelain figurine in the Heaven's Grace Series called "Hope Is A Gentle Melody", No. 112967, which is the 4th figurine in the series. It was offered in 2003 and comes with its original box, styrofoam insert, and plastic wrap. This particular figurine is rarely offered for sale, especially in this condition.

It is in excellent condition and was never displayed. The box and plastic wrap were opened (the plastic wrap is torn), but the box only shows a bit of minor shelf wear. See high resolution photos for more and use the magnify feature.
