I saw The Princess Bride with Cary Elwes, the Wesley actor. I brought this figure for him to sign. Well, while waiting to meet with him, I fell down a flight of stairs, broke my ankle, and dropped the box, bending the sword.

Though, while falling, I did say, "As you wiiiiiiiishhhhhh, " and got the coveted entire line laugh/gasps. I had to go to the hospital and the figure remains unsigned.
